John Foster

I formed SHERE in 1989.  I am a creative business development strategist. My main areas of work are brand development, strategic planning and providing advice to senior members of client teams in all areas of marketing and sales. I also fulfil copywriting for advertising and direct marketing projects.

I assist businesses to increase the ROI from their business development investment.  I have a particular area of expertise in the built environment and have published articles and contributed to books such as: Good Practice Guide: Marketing Your Practice

I am passionate about achieving positive bottom line results for our clients. This is my driving principle.

  • Favourite movie: Groundhog Day. Bill Murray is always funny and as a self obsessed TV weatherman, doomed to repeat the same day over and over until he changes his selfish ways - he is brilliant.
  • Someone I admire: Richard Branson. He has achieved some incredible things.
  • Interests: Determined to get my golf handicap down to single figures!
